What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers are always given a fair price for their projects. The price is calculated by current price of labor and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a FREE estimate where the project is discussed.
A quote is then sent to the customer. Once a project is signed, a permit is to be processed with the county/city before starting with the project.
There are 3 steps to a re-roof project:
*Removal/Tear Off of previous system
*Installation of new wood (if needed) and Underlayment (Dry-in)
*Installation of System (Shingles/Metal/Tile) once material has been delivered.
County Inspections are being completed through out the process.

* 40 years of roofing experience.
*Certified with multiple manufacturers
*OSHA certified
