Joe was very punctual. He diagnosed the problem with my sprinkler system and fixed it very quickly. He also did a tune-up on my system and replaced a head all at a reasonable price. I would recommend Sunset Irrigation to my friends. Very knowledgeable

Another vendor said I needed to replace the well pump. I called Sunset Irrigation for a second opinion. For a minimal service fee they diagnosed my system and found there was no issue with the pump. They made some modifications to the switches and everything was working. They were honest and didn't look for the money grab. I will use them again if the well or sprinklers need attention. I can’t say enough about Sunset Irrigation Associates. In what started out as a faulty sprinkler system, quickly led to having no water pressure in my home. Joe and Dawn responded quickly to my concerns, and in a matter of minutes, Joe recognized I had a faulty well pump. He and his team worked diligently to place a new well pump and added an additional 60 feet of piping as required to function properly. It was a big job, and they were very reasonably priced as well. I am very grateful for their excellent service, especially under such circumstances. I will hire Sunset Irrigation Associates for all my future water and irrigation needs. Thank you Joe & Dawn.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair and reasonable, we communicate through the whole process
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually recommend a sprinkler tuneup that allows us to run the entire system, adjust all the heads for optimal watering coverage, properly set the controller and check the valves for any issues. Then we can give an estimate on any issues we have encountered and fix the problem right there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience servicing Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Punta Gorda….
