I had called John Parsons (Pool Medx) because of some pool stains that I was having a difficult time removing from the walls of my pool. He came out to my house promptly the following day and began checking the chemical levels and brushing the floors and walls. He knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problem. He told me what to buy at the pool store and how to use it.He said to call him if I had any problem.If you are looking for a pool cleaning service, please consider Pool Medx. I found them to be very knowledgeable, honest and personable.

jump horses did a wonderful job I had a problem with my pool I called him and he came out of this way came to my house at 9 o'clock at night he was prompt you fix my pool and got it up running in best part he did not charge me one time I would recommend him to anyone who needs full maintenance or pool repair thanks John for a wonderful job

John responded quickly to my post and went right out to inspect the pool at my vacation home. I was in a difficult situation because the pool was being neglected by my old service. John took pictures of the condition of the pool, he fit an immediate cleaning into his schedule and a few days later he was back cleaning the pool again. Under John's care, my pool is clean, chemically balanced and beautiful again! Thx, John!

Pool Medx unclogged our pool lines after another pool company left us in bad shape. John is knowledgeable, honest and has great work ethic. Excellent in communicating with us. Even sent us a video after it was fixed. Great work, thanks for your help, John!
