We believe in simple, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our weekly pool service includes professional cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to keep your pool clean, safe, and swim-ready year-round.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your pool and your needs. In most cases, we'll ask for a few photos or schedule a quick visit to inspect the pool.
Once we confirm everything looks good, we'll provide a clear quote, schedule your weekly service day, and begin regular maintenance. During each visit we clean the pool, empty baskets, brush surfaces as needed, test the water, and adjust the chemicals to keep everything properly balanced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO®), the industry's leading certification for professional pool maintenance and water chemistry. This training covers proper water balance, sanitation, equipment operation, and pool safety.
In addition to my CPO certification, I stay up to date on industry best practices and apply that knowledge during every service visit. My goal is to provide reliable weekly pool maintenance that keeps your water clean, safe, and helps protect your pool equipment for the long term.
