This Pest Control company reached out to me quickly and worked with my schedule to first meet me and understand what my needs were. I had rats in my attic, and I was adamant that I did not want them killed, but humanely released. Many companies just suggested that I kill them with poison, but I knew that once they had babies, they just needed to be exited out of the attic in a proper way they sealed the roof in attic thoroughly and created a one-way door for the mom rat and her babies to leave and waited a few days and then removed the door. We knew that this worked because there was no more noise coming from the attic. That is when we removed the one-way door. They then close the door off, and I was happy that everything was sealed in my home in attic, the critters were safely removed, and I’m not hearing noise anymore. I think this is a good alternative to traditional killing of pest and that this company was willing to do this for me.
