- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once a trainer meets with you and your dog at a free in home evaluation they will be able to give you a price range for turning your pup into an All Star Dog!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free in home consultation. Once a trainer comes and meets your dog and hears the issues you're having and your training goals we design a training program that will suit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are APDT certified and have thousands of hours of hands on dog experience.
