- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer free estimates but its difficult to give stamdard pricing without diagnosing problem or speaking with customer about their preferences. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually starts with communicating via phone or email. I like to get an idea of problem they are having or if they are looking for a new door, to get idea of their preferences. Then i schedule time to look at it. If we agree to price then i usually fix door right then. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been through a 2 week training course and another 2 week hands on. Also I have 3 years experience working on doors. Before that worked around projects that complimented my expereience like carpentry.
