I'll just list the couple of issues that made the rating less than a full five stars.
1. Ace Junk removal requested photos of the trash. Removal cost was based on photos, however upon arrival on scene they informed claimed the debris were more than seen in images. Not a deal breaker but perhaps they should condition the price upon visiting for a more accurate estimate. P. S. Nothing was added to items seen in photos.
2. According to agreement via text messages, payment was to be made after all trash had been removed and removal satisfied with.
3. Leo (husband) was unable to pull all junk in one attempt, then they demanded almost all payment before leaving the premise with the already loaded debris on truck .
4. With promise to pick remaining trash up the next day, payment was reluctantly made due to their refusal to leave with loaded debris.
5. Remaining trash were not picked up the next day but they discounted $10 off the outstanding 30.
Company is still recommended! Work was neatly executed. Communication is top notch! Very courteous, even when disagreed with. Make sure to ask all pertinent questions on the front end.
