I had a 2 car garage stacked to the ceiling with no access (17 years of collecting and inheriting items), my 'stuff' was backing up into my house. It was a task that I could not bring myself to start. It had been at the top of my to-do list for months! The B Organized Team made suggestions in advance to get me prepped, they showed up on site with smiles and positive energy. I was amazed at how quickly the task was accomplished, their organizational skills and recommendations for future storage kept me motivated throughout the day - no judgements and at the end of the day, I now have a craft area and designated areas for future projects and easily accessible storage. Buggy arrived on time, as scheduled, in Brevard County. My tool shed was in a state of disorder. Buffy quickly organized the tool shed so that I could easily locate tool instruments, garden items, and household equipment. As always … spot on. This is "Round 3" over a 10 day period and they always show up right on time. Plus they know what to do & how to do it. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start by picking an area that will create an impact for the client. The first session allows us to get to know the client and what works best for them. Or, if we are unpacking a home we begin with the most commonly used areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an honors degree in Organizational Behaviour from Rollins College. I participate in additional trainings and classes dealing with hoarding behaviors, chronic disorganization and psychology. Plus, ample on the job training.
