The ladies were really terrific in helping me unclutter and organize 4 different rooms in my house. Having them to guide me and do a lot of the work was extremely beneficial for me. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start by picking an area that will create an impact for the client. The first session allows us to get to know the client and what works best for them. Or, if we are unpacking a home we begin with the most commonly used areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an honors degree in Organizational Behaviour from Rollins College. I participate in additional trainings and classes dealing with hoarding behaviors, chronic disorganization and psychology. Plus, ample on the job training.
