I hired CARR AC because they were an approved vendor with the Duke Energy Program. Zack and Angel evaluated our ductwork and found several deficiencies. They gave me a full report along with recommendations to repair my ducts. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I now know my ductwork is operating correctly and have noticed an improvement in the cooling of certain parts of my house. I will be contacting them when the time comes to replace my AC system.
