- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally visit the home and assess the dog for behavior issues. During this time I discuss the owners training goals and recommend a package. Once a package has been determined, I set up a schedule for the training with the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by Abraham Moshal who learned his skills as a Marine Corps dog handler. Since leaving the Marine Corp Abraham has spent the last 17 years training dogs and specializes in behavior modification and service dog training. The training we use is akin to Cesar Milan's theory of leadership training used by the military and all law enforcement agencies. This type of training has proven to be the most effective for behavior modification and working dogs (such as for the military, herding, service dogs, etc.)
