- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are based on a number of factors. Pricing starts at $345 can go up to about $800. All quotes include our initial free assessment visit, pick up and delivery of your shower door on the day of installation and our 12-month labor warranty. Be ready to answer questions such as these to get an accurate quote: 1. Are the walls tile or fiberglass? 2. What floor is the bathroom on? 3. Is there an existing door currently in the space? 4. What type of door are you looking to be installed, premium heavy glass or basic?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A little about how our process works. Our first step will be to come out to do a job assessment. We'll measure and look for any conditions that need to be taken into consideration. NOTE: All walls & thresholds need to be completed at that time so we can take accurate measurements. During that assessment consultation we'll walk you through choosing a door that will suit your style preferences and budget. You can purchase your door through your retailer such as Lowe's or Home Depot. You also have the option to purchase through us since we are vendors for manufacturers such as DreamLine and VIGO, as well as Fab Glass & Mirrors, who handle our custom door fabrication. If you're interested in proceeding, please confirm your address and phone number and a good email address that we can use for future communications and to send payment invoices via QuickBooks. If possible please also send a photo of the installation space for reference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Lead Safe EPA certified. We are certified DreamLine installers. We are direct vendors for DreamLine Shower Doors, Arizona Shower Doors, Vigo Shower Doors, Fab Glass & Mirror & CR Laurence hardware. For the last 7 years we have been a trusted provider for the shower door installation program with Lowe's.
