- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that the best estimate comes from our expert electrician being on site with you. Every home is unique, and we want to ensure that we are quoting you accurately and that you and your property receive the highest level of service possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our expert electricians live and work in your community daily with trucks stocked. We come directly to you and our electricians’ goal is to complete the job today. If we don’t have the part on the truck, we will look to obtain it from our inventory or from one of our suppliers that same day. Once again, our goal is to complete the job today.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expert, licensed, and insured electricians complete ongoing training to stay current with the latest electrical codes and safety standards. They also participate in Generac and other generator certification programs to ensure top-quality service.
