- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the type of program that best fits the students desires and goals. I offer a variety of programs: individual & semi private lessons, lesson packages, golf clinics, development programs, single and multi day golf schools. Please contact for more info.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends what type of program they will be participating in. 1) Take them through a questionnaire/evaluation to make sure I understand exactly what their needs/wants are. 2) Take them through the 3 step learning process What are you doing now? Refers what what you are doing "right now"! Not what you thought you were doing or what your buddy said you were doing last week. ( This is why I always record the students swing prior to making any changes. The camera doesn't lie!) What should you be doing instead? Reflects the discovery and analysis of your weaknesses/flaws versus the correct motions/ideas. (Now that you know what you need to do, can you do it?) How do you make the change? This is where I (the Instructor) come in and show you what to do through various drills and skill developing exercises. ( I will also create an customized improvement plan that reflects your goals and personal schedule.)
