- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour (2-hour minimum). I keep pricing clear and simple, with no hidden fees. For bigger jobs, I may be able to offer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to describe the project and, if possible, provide photos. Then I give an estimate, answer any questions, and schedule a convenient time to start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands-on experience. With over 5 years in handyman work, I’ve completed many different projects, which taught me to handle jobs with care, precision, and efficiency.
