I needed a few projects done and I was not new to hiring people for maintenance jobs. Ivan came on time, was great at communicating, his prices for what he can do are very reasonable and the most important part - he take pride in what he does and is very thorough and meticulous in the details. His work was always done to schedule, price and the quality. Amongst the projects he did for me: 2 full bathroom renovations, electrical work on fixtures, mounting the TVs, installing fountain cables and electrics, fitting the blinds, assembling small and large furniture, building a shed, taking out the trees and some yard work, hardscaping. I really don’t know what Ivan can’t do! He is a true professional that I recommend.
