We recently hired Ivan for a range of projects in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Ivan is truly a jack of all trades—he helped us with everything from installing new recessed lighting and an exhaust fan in the bathroom to drywall work, painting, and tile and grout installation. He even assisted with installing our vanity and took care of numerous small tasks that made a big difference in the overall outcome.

I needed a few projects done and I was not new to hiring people for maintenance jobs. Ivan came on time, was great at communicating, his prices for what he can do are very reasonable and the most important part - he take pride in what he does and is very thorough and meticulous in the details. His work was always done to schedule, price and the quality. Amongst the projects he did for me: 2 full bathroom renovations, electrical work on fixtures, mounting the TVs, installing fountain cables and electrics, fitting the blinds, assembling small and large furniture, building a shed, taking out the trees and some yard work, hardscaping. I really don’t know what Ivan can’t do! He is a true professional that I recommend.
