I have purchased my first spa 8 years ago for my house up north...great prompt delivery and excellent service even being out of state...fast forward and now I live here in tampa and have now purchased my 2nd spa from spa manufacturing... Best part is that the same sales rep sean who helped me 8 years ago was still with the company offering the great same deals.. I have done my research from other spa companies and to be honest for the best pricing best warranty and quality product and very responsive and prompt service it was a no brainer for me when I decided to purchase my 2nd spa that I knew where I was going. T o see the same sales rep again 8 years later who remembered me and took his time getting me what I need was amazing all in its own... and once again very prompt delivery everything went very smooth. Had a couple questions after the crew had left so I called and was directed to chris the service manager who also took his time offered to send a technician out if needed yet very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through it over the phone and get all my questions answered. I highly recommend spa manufacturers to anyone in the market for a spa/ hot tub ...amazing, friendly staff with a solid quality product and prompt service and been in business for many years with the same great staff definitely says a lot about a company thank you guys for everything and I will definitely be back to do a trade in when im ready !!!

I bought my hot tub from them about 6 years ago and needed a service call. I called the Spa manufacturers and was referred to the service manager Chris. He was very polite offered to troubleshoot me right away over the phone. Embarrassed to say I'm not the most savvy person when it comes to fixing things that well, he went ahead and scheduled me for a service call right immediately. I was very pleased that he took the time to try to help right then. The service tech came out and got my hot tub up and running. The gentleman that came out was very thorough and explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. I am so happy with the service I have gotten from them over the years. Shortly after the tech left for his next job, I received a call from Chris for a follow up and see how everything went. I told him how happy I was and when it is time for me to upgrade I will certainly buy from them again. Chris took extra time once again and explained to me how they have a trade in program. I was very happy once again and will take advantage of that trade in program when its time to do so. I have to say that it is so hard to find excellent and prompt customer service anymore. I see that Spa Manufacturers still has that instilled in their company and I believe that is a good reason why they have been in business for so long. So I give my thanks to them for their excellent customer service and great product! Ill be shopping with you guys again in the near future!

I purchased a hot tub from spa manufacturers inc Clearwater 9 years ago and recently did a trade in with my old spa. I just wanted to upgrade to newer features and more therapy jets. I have had very good experience over the past 9 years with this company and I am sure to have a great experience once again. The delivery crew drove all the way from Clearwater to Orlando and delivered my hot tub right on time. They removed my old hot tub and hauled it away with out a single problem. Chris the service manager was the gentleman that called me the day prior to let me know the time frame and they were great! I recommend everyone to buy from them even if you live a longer distance like I do.

Spa manufacturers is such a great company to purchase from. I went by there over on a whim and purchased one of their instock models and it cost much more than I expected. I got so many cool features I didnt know they even had. The most important was the therapy jets and it had so many of them! I was able to try out the filled floor display which was the same as the instock model I purchased. I loved the pressure of the jets and where the jets hit my body. So I had to delay delivery and they worked great with my schedule. The delivery guys were great and explained everything to me.I did forget a few things so I called the office and my sale person was with a customer, so chris the service manager went over the entire process with me without and hesitation. Great customer service!

I moved to Tampa about a year ago and left my old hot tub in up state NY. I figured that I would never need a hot tub in Florida and I was so wrong! I missed the therapy it gave me and began my wild search for a good company here. I saw a really cute commercial with a big yellow duck in Clearwater and decided to go and "take a look" I am a shopper and make my choices once I have seen my options. So I went to the place where they make them and really liked the atmosphere in the showroom. I liked that I was NOT pressured by the sales person to buy that day. I was able to stop at a couple more places and look ( big mistake) some of the other places I felt like no one wanted to help me or I was a burden and made them actually get up and work. How rude! Plus the quality of the other spas were not impressive at all. I am a big stickler on warranty too, so I compared all of them and Spa Manufacturers not only had the best warranty, they have been in business the longest PLUS their hot tubs are made in the USA! My husband being a Veteran makes me want to buy as much US products as possible. So with that said I purchases from them and got my hot tub delivered shortly after and I have been happy ever since. FYI when its hot outside you don't have to have the heat on. I use just the therapy jets and my back smiles again!
