Cassie was such a pleasure to work with when selling my home. We sold so much faster than expected & needed an emergency deep cleaning. She was super responsive and followed up with pertinent questions I wouldn't have thought to provide until prompted- just shows her knowledge and experience. I hired The Dream Clean twice and they did a fantastic job both times. The first was for a baby shower I hosted. I had been out of town for a week and had very little time to prepare for this event. I called Cassie and she promptly responded. Her team is great! Very friendly, professional and attention-to-detail. The second time is when I had family visiting from out of town, including my mother who is a neat freak. Cassie’s cleaning was mom approved!

I always require an initial deep cleaning with the first booking.

I like to get to know the wants & needs of the goals for the home/ property. Additionally chatting with the customer about their expectations & what is realistic within the budget or not.

I am self taught ultimately. However, I have worked in luxury resorts & hotels with lengthy training and detail oriented management.
