What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price as econically for my customers as possible to cover expenses and then keep a small business growing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer has contacted me, we typically go through a few steps. First we discuss their needs and if it is a job I can assist them in completing. Second we will deliver an estimate to the customer for their approval. Once we have agreed on the job and the cost, we can set a date for completion. I will then arrive at the agreed time and complete the job for my new customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several qualities which make me very good at what I do. I am an educated individual with a strong foundation in business and sales. I have experience in the oil field which taught me the value of hard physical work. I also have many years of customer relations and account management experience.
