They overpromised and under delivered. Took the easy route to get the job done and did not provide the quality promised. Left a mess, couldn’t match drywall texture, and found easy fixes instead of replacing parts as the contract specified. Punctuality was an issue and I had to ask multiple times for them to come finish the project. A quoted one day job took 4 days to complete while they found whoever was available for a couple hours and hoped they showed up. I need to finish the paint now and redo some of the work. If I had a do-over, I’d just do it myself. Photos show what they passed as a matching wall texture and a cheap door seal instead of replacing threshold. Along with the mess made and unfinished paint. They seemed annoyed each time I asked them to finish the job.
