Hired on Thumbtack
I do not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I hired them to do lawn service and tree trimming and after they took payment, they kept delaying the job week after week. In total, they rescheduled more than four times and never showed up on the agreed dates.
Communication was very poor – I constantly had to message them to get an update, and instead of giving clear answers, they kept making excuses and changing the date again. After almost a month of waiting, when I finally asked for a serious commitment, they responded with attitude and aggression instead of professionalism.
A reliable company should respect customers’ time and honor their word. Unfortunately, this company did neither. I ended up cancelling and had to hire someone else who completed the job the same week without any issues. Save your time and money – look for another company that actually values customers.
