It's unfortunate that Shalom landscape/Rodrigo asks for personal information, received it, schedule a day to view the property, and then have a no-show/no-communication thereafter. No responses here in Thumbtack, and no responses to your phone number you initially 1-time texted from (727) 336-336-5388. You were very communicative the day we first inquired, and supplied you with our personal information, and then you went into silence...despite our attempts to reach out.

Only after pelting your mobile number a couple days in a row did you finally respond with "...we didn't have time yesterday, but we passed by today." You didn't knock on the door, call, nothing. I inquired to your response with "What's your next step, sir?" and three days later there's still no reply. For a small business named "Shalom," you are giving off anything BUT peace to others. I post this here for Thumbtack to be aware of your lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Research into your small business also brings skepticism to us, as to your authenticity (bogus address, 2 "staff," etc.).

We'll move on in our search for another Service provider of course. Shame on you sir.
