We were lucky enough to get Shawn and Justin to help us out on July 17th and I'm asking for their help again next week. These guys were meticulous, utilized space extremely well, treated my stuff like it was their own ... just outstanding, friendly and fast as h*ll too. Recommend times 10!

They never showed up. I didn't receive a call until 2 hours after the scheduled time just to let me know their car "broke down" and they would rescheduled a different day. When I did try to call the phone number provided it continuously went straight to voicemail. A few days before they called to verify the moving date but wrote down the wrong moving date. I wouldn't use this company at all no matter what the reviews say. Very unreliable.

I have two storage units next to each other. (1) I identified certain boxes that I wanted placed in each unit. James did not follow my request. (2) I asked him to place chests of drawers in a unit so that I had easy access to the contents. James place one of them with the drawers against the wall so that I could not open the drawers. (3) Crew had dirty hands, but that did not stop them from handling cloth furniture and blankets. Dirty handprints everywhere. Could have rinsed hands periodically and especially before handling furniture. (4) Heavy boxes were placed on top of light boxes. (5) Heavy boxes were placed haphazardly throughout the unit, leaning against soft cloth furniture, hard edges digging in to the fabric. (6) The crew did not conserve unit space by building walls from the back to the front. Lot of wasted space in the unit and they could have packed much more inside. Apparently no idea how to pack a storage unit. I spent two hours today trying to rearrange things. (7) Other items just sort of laying in/around/under/on with no thought as to where they might be best placed. It was like they just sort of threw some stuff in there. (8) Heavy office chair placed on top of a cloth decorative pillow - nice for the chair, not so good for the pillow. (9) Picture boxes were wedged into tight spaces and were supporting heavy items leaning against them. (10) I gave the guys a huge tip but will not rehire.

James, Sean, and his team were excellent. They communicated well me, were very accomodating, and worked very quickly to unpack my truck. They also assembled many furniture pieces for us which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company as they exceeded my expectations.
