- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a new buyer or seller, the first step is always an in-person meeting. This gives me an opportunity to introduce myself, learn more about them, and understand what truly matters in their move. We take time to listen, ask the right questions, and identify priorities — whether it’s pricing strategy, timing, school districts, lifestyle, investment goals, or finding the right home. From there, we develop a tailored plan based on their personal objectives, market conditions, and either the property they own or the property they’re searching for. Our goal is to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and confident from day one.
