- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 5.5% to sell a home. A few things included with my exceptional service is professional photos, staging advice and having your home cleaned before going on the market. I charge nothing to help you buy a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet sellers to see the home, go over market value and the marketing plan best for them as well as discuss their needs and questions. I'll meet with buyers to get to know them and what they are looking for to begin the process of looking at homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed full time realtor in Florida. I take educational classes to remain knowledgeable and up to date.
