FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first come out to your house for a free estimate. At that time we will go over all of your pool equipment and talk to you about your pool service needs. We will also make any suggestions that we think will help your pool operate more efficiently. We will then look at the schedule and see when we can put you on our route. When we come to service your pool we check in on an app on our phones that uses gps location so we can not log in unless we are actually on property. Then the app will prompt us to take a before picture of the pool. Then we will first blow the leaves off of your deck with a blower so when we leave they don’t blow right back into the pool. Then the next thing we do is test your water to see what chemicals are needed to keep your poor balanced. Next we will brush down your steps, your tile, your poor walls, and brush the floor. Next we will skim the surface of your water with a net removing any leaves or debris. Then we will clean out your skimmer and pump baskets. Then we vacuum the pool as needed. Then we go to your equipment pad and clean your filters and check the equipment to make sure it is all working properly. We then enter all your information about your pool into the app and note what service we did as well as any other notes of concern if there are any. Then we take and after picture of your pool before we leave. When the service tech leaves your property the app will log the tech out and send you an email with the before and after photos as well as a full report about your pool. The service manager also receives this email so he can monitor the service techs work.
