- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the hot summers of Florida weekly pool service is recommended to keep the chemicals balanced and the algae away. Once every two weeks makes it much harder to maintain the pool and proper chemical levels. My pricing is for weekly service including those months when there are 5 weeks which is no extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting your pool into professional shape and regular weekly maintenance. Free of debris and algae. Getting the chemicals balanced (PH level, chlorine level, alkalinity) having that filter finally cleaned thoroughly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of working for a reputable pool service company in Seminole FL doing 70 pool stops a week plus. CPO training and licensed (commercial pool license in Florida) which is a legal requirement to do commercial pool accounts in the state of Florida. I have liability insurance for my pool business as well. I have passed the background check to show my customer I am someone they can trust on their property >=)
