Pruning of a large (40' or more) live oak and removal of overgrown bamboo. Joseph was a breeze to work with and communicated to us throughout the process. He and his assistant arrived on time and did an excellent job, ensuring the tree was trimmed correctly to arborist standards. Our city is extremely particular about trimming of protected trees such as this, so it takes a careful and experienced arborist to meet the code. He has an obvious love of his job and it shows. They even trimmed a few dead palm branches and overhanging bamboo shoots that weren't part of the original estimate. Everything was left clean. Could not be happier with the job and will absolutely turn to them for future landscape projects.

We needed deadwood removed from several oak trees in our yard as well as a fishtail palm that needed some serious help with several dead or dying canes. We always check Thumbtack because we have always had great luck with finding the best professionals and this time was no exception. Joe contacted us right away and wanted to come out on the weekend to look at the work we needed to be done. He came out when promised and listened to what we wanted and then explained the work that needed to be done for our job to be safe. His price was good and we decided to let Flawless Arborist do the work. They showed up on time and ready to work. I have to say that the job they did was flawless. They did end up cutting a huge co-dependent stem out of our huge live oak tree and it looks so much better and is much safer now. They left our property better than they found it and even blew the leaves out of our gutters while on the roof! I spoke with Joe about leaving wood that was suitable for our fire pit and they actually cut up the appropriate size branches and stacked them neatly. Flawless Arborist definitely went above and beyond our expectations and will be our go-to tree service in the future. Thank you so much for a job well done!

I hired Joseph to remove two large bushes and an entire row of hedges. His price was reasonable and he did a great job. He did not leave any roots behind. I cleared all of the brush away and left the place very clean. I will have him back to complete landscaping after my home is painted. He is very professional and knows a great deal about planting and landscape.

He kept checking in with me during the permit process and offered assistance when he could. As soon as the city awarded a permit, he set up a scheduled work day for within the week. He was extremely diligent about ensuring the tree was safely removed and all debris was entirely picked up and did some things to improve appearance of yard not totally affected by the job requested. Did everything he could to restore the appearance of the front job. GREAT JOB.

Joseph is honest, hardworking, and loves his trade, he and his team were great to work with. Very knowledgeable about trees and very skilled in bringing them down. He and his team were efficient and cleaned all the debris that was created. I will hire him again in the future.
