Life Coaching

I’ve never used a life coach before and am now wondering why I waited so long. Heather is great to work with. I feel comfortable talking with her about my background and the challenges I face on a daily basis, both physically and mentally. She laid out a clear plan that is easy to understand and put into action. I feel confident that Heather will be able to help me achieve my goals and overcome any hurdles along the way. If you have never had a life coach or are looking for someone new to work with I highly recommend giving Heather a try.
Heather Siegel, Mind/Body and Life Specialist's reply

Private Yoga Instruction

I only started working with her because my family pressured me into it. I am old and stiff. My body is feeling better and not so uncomfortable and hard to move around. Some stuff isn’t about being flexible or at least not stiff. We work on things like stress and family conflict and work life balance. Who knew? Yoga? I like that everything we do is exactly for me. It’s all designed for me. She listens to me and observes me and changes the program for what I need. The virtual sessions are convenient. She tells me how to stand or turn so she can get a good view when observing me on the screen. Progress is slow sometimes, but I can see the progress. It’s not like some programs where you have to wait until the end to see the results. I can see progress as we go. She works within my limits. She challenges me without pushing me too hard. She knows I’m not bendy like a teenager and she instructs me just for me. Her guidance is very clear and easy to follow. I don't worry about hurting myself either. That was a big concern of mine in the beginning. I didn’t think stiff old guys could do yoga. She is very reassuring and encouraging too. Our schedule keeps me going. She gives me things to do on my own but I don’t always do them. Meeting with Heather means I will follow through. I will keep up with what I need to be doing to feel good. She keeps me accountable. I’ve come to respect her insight and look forward to each session. I always feel so much better. I highly recommend her.

Life Coaching

After just my consultation with Heather I’m beyond excited and looking forward to working with her forward. She made me feel calm and “normal”, so to speak. She had a very real feeling that doesn’t make you anxious and can tell she genuinely wants to help. Her personal experiences are also a relief to be able to relate. Highly recommend!

I feel so lucky to have Heather as an instructor. She is kind, patient, calm, extremely knowledgeable, and really takes the time to figure out what I personally need. I can sometimes struggle with yoga - but she makes it a great experience. She has a client for life.
Heather Siegel, Mind/Body and Life Specialist's reply
Sheila, it is my honor and my pleasure to work with you. Thank you.
