I teach from my personal experience of overcoming challenges in my life (scoliosis, anxiety, depression, compulsivity, overworking, dysfunctional relationships, self-esteem and body image issues... to name a few) and from my professional training and experience in helping others overcome their challenges.

Depending on your specific circumstances, our work may include physical practices, mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, breathing techniques, mantra training, guided self-reflection, contemplation exercises and brain training exercises among other mindfulness techniques.
I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and YACEP with over 10,000 professional teaching hours.

Sessions are typically 1-hour. $70 per hour or $650 for 10 sessions prepaid.
Scheduling is based on your preferences, availability, needs, and other individual factors. I will adapt to your needs. Common schedules are 1-3 sessions each week, 1 session every other week, 1 session per month, and 1 session every 6 weeks.
All sessions are provided virtually/online via Zoom. Zoom is a video communication service that is free for you to use and easy to access. More information about using Zoom can be provided upon request.
