We will create a custom-for-you plan of action that includes working in session together and things for you to do in between sessions. Our work may include guided conversations, reflective writing exercises, self-inquiry, contemplation, meditation, breath work, mantra training, physical practices, and/or other mindfulness techniques - all dependent on your unique circumstances and goals. All sessions are provided virtually/online via Zoom. Zoom is a video communication service that is free for you to use and easy to access. More information about using Zoom can be provided upon request. Want to see if I'm a good fit for you? Many people opt to begin with a 30-minute session. 30-minute sessions are available for $55 or $500 for 10 sessions prepaid. 60-minute sessions are $95 per hour or $900 for 10 sessions prepaid.
