- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year I take workshops to help me continue my practice and to stay up-to-date on the latest information within Pilates as well as Yoga.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a personal trainer upon graduating college and came upon Pilates when I was going through rehab after an auto accident. I was recommended to try it to help strengthen my back, and fell in love with the practice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure whomever you choose, they are certified and experienced and care about you as an individual.
