- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find a time to give an estimate. After an agreement is reached proceed with the required repair or opener installation. If it is for a door replacement, collect a deposit, file for a permit, order the door agreed on and establish an installation date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the business. I have seen just about everything you can image go wrong with a door and I have managed to have a happy customer with a working door every time.
