I also really appreciated his communication—he always kept us updated with his ETA and progress. Erik responded to my request quickly even though it was weekend. He scheduled my job for first thing Monday. Erik reached out to me this morning to confirm his arrival. He immediately assessed the job and got to work. I had a few questions which he answered in depth and was very friendly to chat with. His work was top notch and I'm very happy with the results.
