Scam alert!!! I hired this crew to deep clean my bathrooms, clean my hard floors, clean some baseboards and dust my ceiling fans. I was working while they were cleaning, so I wasn’t looking over there shoulder to see how they were doing. If I had time for that I would have been able to clean it myself. I shouldn’t have to micromanage people. When I pay someone to do a job I expect it to be done. Otherwise what on earth am I paying for? So here is what happened... They worked for a good length of time and then all of a sudden they all headed for the door saying they’ll be right back. They seemed in a hurry to leave. They never asked if they missed anything or asked me to take a look at their work. I knew they hadn’t dusted my fans, so I reminded them to do it and they did it quickly and were heading to the door once more. I thought they were in a hurry because they had another job, but now I don’t believe that is the case. I went to vacuum the dust on the carpet underneath my ceiling fan and noticed one of the girls had left their sunglasses. I picked them up and as I turned around I noticed something all over my bedding. I turned my overhead light on and took a closer look and they got bleach spots all over my nice quilt!!! Clearly they are inexperienced because you don’t dust with bleach spray. I let them know one of them had left their glasses, and they said they would come back. One of the girls came to the door and I asked her to come in so I could show her something. I showed her what happened to my quilt and she said she would let the main girl know. I told her I would come out to the car and talk to her myself. I told her what happened, one of the girls confirmed that she had in fact used bleach spray. I told her that the quilt was like $70 and asked how they were going to make it right. Things got awkward very quickly. They talked amongst themselves in their car and then she asked how I would like to handle it. I definitely sensed that there was no way they were going to give me my check back and let me write them a new one, and I felt that would just make things more awkward and potentially start a conflict that I had no desire being in, so I offered to hire them one more time and just deduct how much the quilt cost me. I know they didn’t ruin it on purpose and we all deserve second chances and that’s what I was trying to give them, but unfortunately I have tried to reach out to them for an entire week and have gotten no response back. Before they left they agreed they would come back, but they have gone back on their word. To make matters worse, after they left the second time I went to finally check out their work in my bathrooms (which I didn’t really have a chance to do before they rushed out) to see how they did and was very disappointed! I had to go behind them and finish cleaning my children’s toilet and my toilet (I was having company over so I had to do it before they came over). I had to clean my children’s faucet and handles of their sink and when I saw the condition of my shower I literally gasped. It was evident they did some cleaning, but they left most of the shower filthy. That is not what I call a deep cleaning! Beware do not hire them, because they do not complete the tasks assigned to them and they do not take responsibility for destroying personal property. Sadly I have been scammed. I was too trusting and have paid the price!
