FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to call my pricing system The fair system. it works out well for the customer and it works out for me and my guys equally. I charge by the room instead of by the ft. I like to charge by the room. And how much cutting in there will be. And the extras like base boards, and trim and doors, and ceilings too. It's a by the job, the amount of work there is and how long it will take to get done. Easy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them what they want and then some. Always be polite. And always let them know how much we appreciate the work. And I always keep them posted of what we are doing and when. I like to keep them informed. It let's them know they don't have to worry because I am on top of my game. And it teaches them what we are doing at the same time. It gives them a better understanding of what we actually do to get the job done, and done right. Compared to when we come across bad workmanship we have to point that stuff out. It's our job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A natural talent for what ever I put my mind to. And a good business mind. And I like to think I am a people person.
