I wish I could hit all 5 of those values at the beginning of the review as of Painting Loyal nails all of them! From the initial request Flavia reached out first thing that morning and also followed up with a text! Upon talking to her and explaining our needs, Flavia was so knowledgeable, paitent and understanding. Randy came out that very day to check out our space and give better guidance, which we definitely needed! He stayed for over an our looking at ever area within our home that needed paint (it was pretty bad😩) and helping us decide on blue paint color and million questions of do we accent wall or not to accent wall lol. Our job was booked for a couple weeks out and Flavia was on it! She kept in CONSTANT CONTACT, was available if I had any additional questions or wanted to add on anything, texted reminders of the upcoming job and even ETA of Randy's arrival! Randy is a Rock star! E really loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Randy really blew us away! He did the entire job in 1 day, corrected a mistake I made of peeling the paint back on a section of the wall (OCD smh), paid attention to areas we've neglected, painted areas without asking but were necessary, accomdated last minute add on and was so gracious and incredibly nice throughout! As you can tell we love this team! And highly recommend them!!! Hire them they're wonderful! All of our future painting needs, friends needs, people who don't know they need a painter needs lol will be with Painting Loyal!

I contacted Loyal because I had paint issues from a previous job that didn’t go well. I read the reviews and they looked really good. Randy came out and fixed my issues and fixed a big mistake my previous person made. He is very detailed oriented and knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done well. I wish we would’ve learned about loyal painting first. Definitely will use again for more projects I have!!

It was a true pleasure having Randy help us paint our office, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were a bit concerned about the floors getting paint however, Randy is a top-notch pro and not one drop fell. He's done this a few times :) Will definitely use his services again!!

Randy did an excellent job painting my rooms. He was very clean, punctual, and the work quality was great. I learned a lot about what some painters do and don't do. I also appreciate Flavia who was excellent in communicating with me throughout the entire time. I would hire them again Thanks guys!
