Rob was so professional. He came in after the plumber left a mess and fixed up the drywall hole behind the dishwasher. He was early to the job and took care of cleanup from the plumber. Great job and I will use him again, he has my highest recommendation folks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For General Handyman Work I charge $100 for the First Hour of service and $50 for each additional hour (Not including materials), or I can quote a flat rate if the customer prefers. A lot of times I will offer a cap (maximum cost not to be exceeded) for a job. This gives the customer the security of knowing a max out of pocket. I accept Cash, Check or Zelle for payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My ultimate goal is to please my customers by exceeding their expectations. I want to deliver quality work at fair prices with an exceptional customer service experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a graduate of Atlantic Technical College. I also have a Degree in Dental Hygiene and still practice a couple days a month just for my love of the industry :-)
