Great communication. Not the cheapest but by far the best value. This was the most thorough carpet cleaning we have ever had. The results were amazing. On time, friendly, no BS or upselling. The equipment was quite impressive and obviously industrial strength. There was no mess with dumping dirty water or anything negative. 6 stars!!!
