After the a/c starting blowing hot air yesterday afternoon, I did a quick search through the always helpful Thumbtack app for any air conditioning repair companies that have 5-star ratings and could get a repair technician out “immediately.” The technician from Master Touch Air Conditioning responded through the app, arrived promptly and diligently worked until the issue was resolved. They also checked the coil and cleaned out the condensate pipe. To have the unwelcome surprise of a broken air conditioner and to have Master Touch Air Conditioning rapidly respond, fix the problem and do extra maintenance to the a/c handler exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend them to anyone with a/c problems.

We have been having an issue with our AC not cooling. Within an hour, Matthew came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our AC unit. He was friendly and professional and explained everything that he was doing. It's already cooling down in here! We will definitely use Master Touch again for any AC needs!
