I recently bought a condo and it was a fixer upper. My friend Steve referred me to Simon because he found him through thumbtack and worked with him before. I was a little skeptical because I’ve never heard of thumbtack. To my surprise Simon did an amazing job on my home. He basically gave the whole place a face lift. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable in his field. Not to mention he was very generous and fair with the pricing. I ended up adding more things to the job and he gave me a fair price every time. I had all the walls sanded to a smooth texture and painted, the kitchen cabinets painted, fans/lights installed, popcorn cealing removed, recess lighting installed, carpet removed and tiles laid. I also had both bathrooms remodeled. I currently have other projects in the works and will be utilizing his services for them as well. I will definitely recommend him to anyone!
