I am writing to formally inform you that I am canceling all communication and any potential services with your company, effective immediately.
Unfortunately, your repeated unprofessional conduct has caused me to lose confidence in your business. Contacting customers at 10:00 PM to confirm an appointment, canceling it at 7:30 AM the following morning, scheduling another date and time, and then failing to show up without any notice or explanation is unacceptable and not how a reputable business operates.
These repeated actions have raised serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of your company. Professional organizations value their customers' time, communicate respectfully, and honor their commitments.
At this point, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with your company and will seek services elsewhere. Please do not contact me again regarding this matter.
