This company is great. I am a very good cleaner because every person or company that I hired I was not happy with there job. But Maid N Mops is awesome... very thing was super perfect cleaned and organized. Now they are coming to my house every two weeks

A maids touch was fantastic! The house was quite a disaster as our renter had just moved out and didn't clean. A maids touch came and the place looked brand new when they were finished! Highly recommend a maids touch!

Edward and his crew provided an outstanding service! My apartment wasn’t that bad to begin with but he took his time completely renovated my whole house and cleaning it even did the laundry and clothes and put them away his techniques are very unique and he is just very fascinating to watch I highly recommend this cleaning service for any or all needs to come. Five star!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Disclaimer:
The service include up to 4 hours.
If you still require the service after the scheduled 4 hours you will be charged $25 per each additional hour. Dishes,laundry,interior refrigerator , windows and interior ovens are considered add-ons and are not included. If the scope of work changes and you wish to add these services the price of each increment will be $25 dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST GIVE A TIME WINDOW WHEN HE/SHE IS AVAILABLE SO THAT THE CLEANING AGENT MAY ARRIVE ON TIME AND AT THE CONVENIENCE OF THE CUSTOMER. I ALSO ASK THAT CUSTOMER GIVE ALL DETAILS OF PROJECT SO THAT WE CAN EQUIP FOR SUCCESS.
IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO PAY BY CC HE/SHE WILL BE SENT AN INVOICE OR MAY SWIPE CARD IN PERSON WITH A VALID PHOTO ID.

The staff here is very experienced and seasoned with housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance. We have over 13 years of experience.
