- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on scope of the project. I charge an hourly rate which includes time for purchasing solutions (if necessary).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work projects in two sessions: 1. Visit with the customer to measure the space, understand the scope of work and the needs for the client. 2. Second visit with recommended storage solutions and completion of the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Organization has always been my love language. After organizing my entire home, friends asked that I assist to declutter and organize and then received referrals to help other families.
