FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair. Tile and grout cleaning jobs are charged by the Square foot. Carpet cleaning jobs are charged at a flat rate, all-inclusive fee. Upholstery cleaning jobs depend on the size and the type of fabric and are also charged at a flat rate all-inclusive flat rate fee. * 24-hour emergency water extraction services are charged individually depending on the severity of the flooding, how long the drying equipment has to be left at your home or business and whether it has to go thru your homeowners or business insurance. We can discuss a flat rate fee for the water extraction and drying equipment if it's a small flood and you prefer to pay out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers call in for any of our services, we do our best to collect as much information as we can over the phone, such as name, address, and phone number. We'll ask questions about the work they need done and answer any questions they may have. We need to know whether it's carpet, tile, or upholstery cleaning they need, the square footage of the area and how many rooms they need to have cleaned. If they're having their upholstery cleaned, we need to know the type of furniture, its material, and how many pieces of furniture there are. We can give the customer an estimate over the phone or a free in-home estimate. It's easier to estimate the work in person; this way, we can see firsthand the condition of the surfaces being cleaned and if maintenance or deep cleaning is needed to get tougher in ground dirt and stains.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for 25+ years and are all IICRC Certified in the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
