- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices fair for both my costumers and myself. Prices vary based on how much work I will have to put into it and how long you need the video to be. I give discounts to customers who want to work together for (sign contract) a while or have more than one video they want me to shoot/edit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask my client to get on a call with me so I can talk to them on a more personal level to get to know them and hear out their video ideas and so we can brainstorm together and get feedback from each other on how we can make this the perfect video for my client.
