I scheduled, they came and installed my kitchen sink plumbing and charged me $640. I paid . After 5weeks again kitchen sink leaking water. I called, tech Paul came, he did even check. He just looked and said your drains is clogged, it cost another $340. I was so upset because Paul didn’t even check and telling me drain is clogged. At least he should fix leak and fill sink water and see. He didn’t do it, very unprofessional. I called john he told me it’s different thing I need to pay $340 to fix. At least john could send another tech to reevaluate. I just going with what Paul said. Next day I called another plumbing company. They check there is no back up drain. The problem is plumbing done by first response, using wrong t trap. I called notified john. He replied he will check with Paul. Very unprofessional and unethical business. When I paid they told me it cover one year. Stay away from these kind of business

Ivan arrived on time and promptly assessed the issue with my outdoor spigot, which was leaking and damaged. He quickly got to work, efficiently repairing and replacing the spigot. After completing the job, I asked if he could inspect a leaking sprinkler head. Without hesitation, he examined the issue and was able to fix it as well. While these were minor repairs, I was highly impressed with the service and would not hesitate to use Core Plumbing again.

I had to hire another plumber to do the job. Guy came but claimed the plumbing van he came in wasn’t his and so wanted me to provide everything he needed to do his job instead of grabbing equipment from his van. Then he told me I had to pay him since he came. Whole experience was terrible. Afterwards a friend referred me to another plumber and that other plumber was done with the job before I knew it.

Jason did a super job for us. He was right on time and was knowledgeable and professional. This was a plumbing job and he knew just what to do. I wasn't aware that he did other home repair jobs but when I asked and he said he did, I was pleased because I will use him for other jobs, as well. That about says it all in terms of whether you should hire him...and his pricing is fair. Highly Recommended!

Dereck is awesome! He came out super fast and was very punctual in regards to our appointment time. He has high tech thermal imaging equipment for tracking leaks and does everything he can to help you with your issue. There are other plumbers with more reviews, but they sent out people that unless you're multi-lingual, you can not communicate with. One in particular that had over 200 5 star reviews had me demo a wall in a 2 year old shower for no reason! Dereck helped me figure out that the leak was under the slab which is particularly tricky to diagnose. If you need a plumber, look no further! Derecks the man! I will definately be using and referring him for all future plumbing needs.
