Introduction: I really like the look that a person has after the first taste of their food, it tells me if I nailed it. But before I get to that part really enjoy the planning, talking about the different options and sharing my ideas when I sit down and create a menu with a client.
The other par of my job is the ingredients I work with, finding them, shopping for them. I try to buy local and organic when it is available. Farmers markets is my favorite place t visit with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Thank you Chef Thomas for ensuring a memorable 50th birthday party for me and my guests....
The food was delectable with exotic flavors that had the guests beg for more.
Presentation was different, interesting and very appealing. Food choices and combinations worked extremely well.
