bsolutely outstanding experience with Ismail! I contacted him at 3:00 PM about a challenging project—installing four battery-operated window shades—and to my amazement, he arrived just two and a half hours later at 5:30 PM, ready to work. His punctuality and responsiveness are truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Ismail demonstrated incredible professionalism and a calm, can-do attitude. The installation required troubleshooting and precision, but he tackled each obstacle with expertise and determination. His problem-solving skills are top-notch, and he made what could have been a very frustrating job look seamless. What impressed me most was his work ethic. He stayed focused and worked non-stop for four hours, refusing to leave until the job was done to perfection. The shades were installed flawlessly, and the quality of his work shows in every detail. On top of everything, Ismail charged a very fair and reasonable rate—especially considering the level of effort, skill, and time involved. It’s rare to find someone so honest and hardworking who doesn’t overcharge. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional handyman in Miami Beach, I can't recommend Ismail highly enough. He’s a rare find—responsive, diligent, and incredibly capable. I will absolutely call on him again for future projects!
