I at first was worried that I would have to cross another available service that was lackluster and not what I was looking for when it came to, needing my Gaming Laptop diagnosed of its issues, of my list. I WAS PROVEN WRONG.
Not even 30 minutes after having sent out my Request Message for my dilemma, I got a Return Call on my personal cell and Sam was so helpful with helping me figure out a Game Plan to get my Gaming Laptop dilemma resolved, diagnosis and repair plan.
Sam as well recommened to me the business avenue to search out Louis Rossmans' YouTube Channel and Personal Business Repair Shop grounds if, Louis, could help me out where Sam may be lacking.
I am a believer in The Right to Repair initiative for both businesses and customers, so to see the level of professionalism of solidarity is great to keep a mental note of. I also am greatfull for Sams’ willingness to acknowledge that he himself, along with the Service he has plans to help provide to all available customers to the best of his ability, Sam has areas he isn’t familiar with.
We’ve all been there, right? Biting off more than we could chew, but Sam seems to know the limits when it comes to the goal of the service needed to be provided, which is why Louis Rossman was mentioned. Once the steps and parts that are needed come in, with a little trouble-shooking on my end, Sam will be able to make full use of skill set to finish off what dilemma my Gaming Laptop is going through.
I always had worried and hoped to find a Local Electronic Repair Shop that could help me with the issue such as the one that come up, which I have through Sam at PBDS. Take a chance, Call, Message or send him an Email and see what he’s got for a Game-Plan for you!

I didn’t know what to do because I couldn’t charge my Mac book.
I found Thumbtack. Then I found Sam.
Amazing . He took my computer, he found the problem, sent for the part.
He fixed it and I got it Thursday night.
A very pleasant person who knows what he is doing.
I recommend him to anyone who needs a computer fixed.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job at hand for data recovery I have a range from $300 to $800 for easy to complex issues as long as I don't to physically open a drive. If platters or heads need to be replaced then it can run from $1800 to $2000. For computer repairs and other types of jobs, I charge by the hour $250 minimum of 1 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out with an issue, I typically start with a phone call to understand the problem and provide an initial estimate. Following this, we'll schedule a meeting at their preferred location - either at their place or a public spot that suits them. This allows me to assess the situation firsthand and discuss the details of the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over a decade of hands-on experience, I've developed a strong expertise in data recovery, successfully extracting data from a wide range of storage devices and systems. As a self-taught professional, I've honed my skills through trial and error, often finding creative solutions to complex problems. I enjoy tinkering with technology, figuring out how things work, and adapting them to meet my needs – whether that means repurposing hardware or finding novel ways to recover data.
