- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our customers get a custom-made Menu. Sample menus are available. A Quote is made. A deposit is required to save the date of the event. All payments are do 3 days before most events with 60 or less People. 60+ it is 5+days
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last 22+ years I have encountered many different situations involving the restaurant business. The Training on how to deal with food cook times, Temperatures, and control of the food's environment are normal my daily routine.
