- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all determined on scope of work and aim to let customers know up front that some jobs can have unknowns that can only be determined after starting certain jobs. Other than that I am usually there with my pricing and competitive. Also have always maintained great work ethic and do not like to milk jobs. I do offer a 5% discount for military/ emergency personnel and or a 5% discount for seniors. Only one discount can be used per visit. Discounts cannot be stacked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open communication, and letting the customer know exactly what's going on with any problem they may have. Examples explaining situation taking pictures or anything else the customer may need to feel comfortable that their issues will be resolved, correctly the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 plus years experience in new construction service work. I am self-trained, well my dad trained me most of my upbringing. And have worked for a few plumbing companies to learn the trade correctly. I am backflow of certified as well and can test backflows.
